Come & join a team on a mission to transform health and improve outcomes for people affected by and at risk of kidney disease, as the Head of Marketing & Communications. The Role Working on a flexible hybrid basis, with occasional travel to the central Peterborough you’ll be the driving force behind the marketing strategy, generating buzz and raising awareness for incredible work. A big part of your role is leading, inspiring, and developing the team, which will require you to undertake rigorous monitoring and evaluation of activities to ensure they meet agreed KPIs, to prioritise resource and enable continuous improvement. On top of this you’ll also advise on reputational risk and play a key role in crisis communications should the need arise. We’re looking for someone with a qualification in marketing and/or communications such as CIM/CIPR, significant marketing and communications experience in a senior capacity within the charity sector, andIdeally a proven ability in the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and communication strategies.
