Are you looking for a sales role with a solid base and some real earning potential? How about no cold outbound work, just converting in the field? We are one of the country's leading providers of employee benefits and we are looking to add to our field agent team who sell products like life insurance to existing customers at their workplace.
We offer a base salary of £28,000 with uncapped OTE, typically an experienced sales person will earn a further £8k in year one and beyond in year two. The role also comes with a company car, fuel card, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a number of other great benefits. This is face to face sales!
The people who earn the most are those who can strike up conversations with people. This role is regulated by the FCA so it is an advised sale - no hard sells, so people who can quickly build trust and rapport do really well.
As you are visiting people's place of work there is some travelling and about 50% of the time you will be staying overnight. However, we use nice hotels with onsite parking and cover all meals. People who have operated in the field before would be great candidates.
We give a comprehensive three week residential training induction along with support from experienced and successful members of our team to quickly get you earning.
