This is a broad, hands-on generalist position where your expertise will directly improve day-to-day HR practices and drive meaningful change.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead ER case management independently, offering clear, pragmatic advice while balancing people, risk, and commercial needs.
- Partner with and coach line managers to handle people challenges effectively, empowering them to lead rather than doing the job for them.
- Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, while supporting payroll, benefits, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
- Help modernise and streamline how the People function operates to support business growth.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven generalist HR experience with strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines.
- Confident Employee Relations skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations and provide decisive advice.
- Background in customer-centric, fast-moving environments (such as leisure, tourism, retail, travel, or hospitality) is highly desirable.
- A practical, commercially focused mindset that avoids overcomplicating HR processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for developing others.
