Offering a salary of up to £32,000 per annum (with an OTE of £40,000), this role includes a monthly bonus scheme, a quarterly profit-related bonus, healthcare package and free onsite parking. Based at the Head office in Northampton this sales role is within commutable reach of Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, and the outskirts of Northampton.
What will you be doing?
- You will be the key link between the business and its customers, providing a professional and knowledgeable first point of contact.
- This role combines relationship management, and proactive internal sales activity, including:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Handling enquiries, pricing, lead times, and stock availability
- Creating accurate quotations and supporting tailored proposals
