This role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, D365 Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Dynamics CRM Consultant, Dynamics 365 Consultant.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as a technical escalation point for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues
- Take support calls, manage cases and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex D365, Power Platform and integration issues
- Provide remote consultancy and technical support to clients
- Investigate issues across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
- Maintain accurate case notes, time records and work diaries
- Represent the company professionally and deliver an exceptional client experience
What you’ll bring
- Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role
- Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience troubleshooting integrations
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows
Desirable skills include: D365 Customer Insights Journeys, Azure Data Factory, REST APIs, ClickDimensions, DocumentsCorePack, SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit. Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
