This M&E Coordinator role will support the coordination of international conferences, corporate meetings, and bespoke incentive trips for premier global clients.

Salary on offer up to

£35,000 plus excellent benefits package that includes bonus, 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays), life assurance cover, pension and staff discounts.

This is a company that believes in meaningful connection, without the daily commute! This is a home working role, but you must be happy to visit your local office (London, Hampshire or Glasgow) once per month as a minimum (more if you want!)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex group air movements, multi-location departures, venue sourcing, and ground arrangements for events of all scales.
  • Using Sabre and Amadeus GDS for intricate group flight ticketing, fare builds, manual reissues, and disruption management under tight deadlines.
  • Partner with airlines, hotels, and transport providers to secure competitive group rates and value-adds while managing budgets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate event organizers, delivering calm, rapid problem-solving during live event disruptions.
  • Manage group invoicing, bill-backs, and compliance with client travel policies, GDPR, and duty-of-care standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience booking corporate group travel, meetings, or complex events within a TMC or travel agency environment.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS for group air management and ticketing.
  • Strong organisation skills, sharp attention to detail, and experience managing invoices or client billing processes.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with the confidence to handle multi-faceted client requests under pressure.
