This nationwide organisation is at the start of a really exciting transformation journey around digital, technology, and systems.
The final piece of the project team puzzle is an experienced Finance Business Partner that will support this 3-5 year project journey.
Salary: £45-50,000 depending on your skills and experience, plus a generous holiday allowance, pension, life assurance cover, and health/wellbeing provision.
Ideally, you will be at least part qualified in ACCA or CIMA, but this isn’t a deal-breaker if you’ve got extensive experience partnering on a variety of projects in industry, in a similar capacity (QBE).
There’s a lot of stakeholder involvement, so you should be personable and engaging, happy to present at a senior level, and able to break down “financey” language to make it easy to understand.
This project must generate savings and efficiencies! Therefore, you should be robust in your approach, detail-oriented, accurate, and proficient in modelling/scenarios, analysing risk, etc.
