The Role

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, planning, and corporate structure.
- Lead financial forecasting, performance reporting, and Board-level insight.
- Deliver best-in-class budgeting, financial governance, and control.
- Own the audit process, tax compliance, and internal financial policies.
- Provide financial leadership across major business projects and joint ventures.
- Champion a value-led procurement strategy and risk management framework.
- Represent the Club to key financial stakeholders: banks, investors, auditors.
- Lead the development of an integrated, strategic corporate plan aligned with financial goals.

About You:
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a proven track record in dynamic CFO roles.
- Extensive experience driving organisational change and embedding financial best practice.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance, financial law, risk management, and performance strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial transformation and implement modern systems - Finance / ERP.
- Confident communicator, able to influence at Board level and lead diverse teams.
