Working closely with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and legal representatives, you'll:
- Negotiate the best possible outcomes
- Interpret complex policy wordings
- Resolve contentious claims
- Provide commercially focused advice that adds genuine value
You'll also:
- Analyse claims trends
- Produce meaningful management information
- Contribute to service improvements
- Help shape the future of our claims offering
As a senior technical leader, you'll:
- Mentor and coach colleagues
- Raise technical capability across the team
- Play an important role in developing best practice
- Support succession planning
- Drive continuous improvement
You'll work collaboratively across the business, contributing to client retention, business growth and strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty principles.
Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Salary: up to £50k base + great employee benefits
