A growing UK-based technical distribution business is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Account Administrator to join a busy, supportive team within its operational support function. The organisation operates across multiple sites and continues to expand through sustained growth. Join a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and teamwork are highly valued!
Location: Bristol and commutable from surrounding areas including Newport, Downend, Kingswood, Fishponds, Bradley Stoke, Emersons Green, Staple Hill and Yate.
This customer-focused role offers a starting salary of £27,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

What will you be doing?
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service.
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all information is recorded correctly on internal systems.
- Identify the parts and products required, sourcing stock from different locations or suitable suppliers based on price, quality and delivery timescales.
- Raise accurate and competitive quotations and support customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Process quotes and orders accurately, manage order changes, monitor delivery progress and communicate any delays or deviations promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date order processing records, escalating issues where appropriate and supporting other business functions as required.
