hireful is seeking a part- or fully-qualified accountant, or QBE, with solid experience calculating service charges within a housing association.

You will take ownership of service charge structures, ensuring accurate cost recovery and value for money for customers.

This hybrid role requires 3–4 days per week at the HQ in Chatham, Kent, with free onsite parking. Salary Β£40,680 plus annual bonus, generous holiday allowance and a 6% pension.
