Hireful is seeking a part- or fully-qualified accountant, or QBE, with strong experience calculating service charges within housing associations, to own service charge structures and ensure accurate cost recovery. This hybrid role is based at our HQ in Chatham, Kent, 3-4 days per week, with free onsite parking.

Salary Β£40,680 plus annual bonus, generous holiday allowance and a 6% pension.

You’ll work with Asset Management, Development and Housing teams to support disputes and Section 20.
