Job Description
Are you a Maintenance Person with experience working on a busy production or manufacturing site? Do you have a passion for technical problem solving? We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the onsite electrician and take responsibility for site water management.
Salary – £32,000 per annum
Location – Market Drayton (commutable from Stoke on Trent, Whitchurch, Shrewsbury, Nantwich, Crewe, Stafford, Telford)
Working hours – Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm)
Benefits – 25 days annual leave + BH, Pension 5% and 3%, 2 Volunteering Days per year, Onsite Parking, Staff Canteen, Health and well-being support and welfare community groups, Online and high street discount portal
The Role
You’ll be hands-on, helping to maintain and repair both electrical and mechanical systems across the site—supporting lighting, installations, fixed wire testing, water management, pest control repairs, and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
You’ll also work with our retail shops to resolve repairs and respond to any new issues. This is a great opportunity for someone technically minded, motivated, and safety-conscious.
