Working for this forward thinking and well-established legal firm, as a Legal Assistant, you’ll provide administrative support to the residential property team, helping them to deliver the best service possible whilst managing the client experience.

Salary: £26,000 Per Annum

Location: Bedford

Role Type: Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 9-5:30

The Role: You’ll serve as the primary touchpoint for clients, both over the phone and in-person. You’ll be entrusted with taking new enquiries from potential clients, ensuring the smooth handling of financial matters, and overseeing the administrative facets of client interactions. Your role extends to maintaining consistent communication with fee earners about task progress. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve careful diary and inbox management. Furthermore, you’ll oversee the transmission of electronic documents to and from external parties.
