Job Description
Do you have experience working in the social housing sector? Are you looking for part-time hours? Are you available for a 1 year fixed term contract?
This role is working as part of a dedicated and hardworking team at a housing association in Chatham, Kent – easily commutable from Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Dartford, and parts of Essex like Grays, Rainham, Dagenham, Upminster, etc.
You'll be working in housing management, tenancy and neighbourhood services; engaging with residents and dealing with any disputes.
Using residents' feedback to improve service levels, providing advice on tenants' rights and responsibilities, and helping them to settle into their new home.
This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours / 3 days per week, it's flexible as to what days you want to choose, for a 1 year fixed-term contract.
Salary for the role is £32,947 (pro rata for part-time) with annual bonus, and benefits include generous holiday allowance of 28 days (pro rata, PLUS bank holidays) and free on site parking.
Ideally you will hold a relevant professional qualification such as CIH Level 2 or 3 but this is not a dealbreaker – having practical, hands on work experience is more important.
