A high-growth boutique investment banking firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its London-based team. The firm advises innovative, fast-scaling businesses across fundraising and sell-side M&A transactions, with a particular focus on high-growth sectors including technology, software, and fintech. The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in the execution of fundraising and M&A mandates while supporting the continued growth of the firm. The position offers substantial ownership, broad transaction exposure, and the opportunity to work directly with founders, investors, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead key workstreams across live M&A and fundraising transactions
  • Prepare financial models, valuations, investor materials, teasers, and information memorandums
  • Conduct market analysis, investor research, and buyer mapping exercises
  • Manage transaction timelines, due diligence processes, and stakeholder coordination
  • Support investor and buyer outreach activities
  • Lead meetings and maintain relationships with clients, founders, and investors
  • Contribute to business development and origination initiatives

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate finance
  • Strong transaction execution experience across fundraising and/or sell-side deals
  • Excellent financial modelling and valuation capability
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in high-growth businesses
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Remuneration

Strong salary DOE, Bonus 40% to 100%, Pension and Health Insurance.
