The Opportunity
As a senior member of the governance team, you will oversee the delivery of company secretarial services, support board and shareholder activities, and lead a team of professionals responsible for maintaining best-in-class corporate governance standards. This position combines technical company secretarial expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Board Governance: Organize and lead Board of Director and Shareholder meetings, ensuring accurate formal minutes and documentation.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Manage new client onboarding in line with policies and oversee all regulatory filings to meet strict deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Assess resource allocation, assist with recruitment, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
- Strategic Support: Assist with Global Corporate Services Team projects and maintain all statutory books and records.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in a similar role (UK/Board experience preferred) and at least 3+ years of experience leading a team.
- Completion of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Program or equivalent (i.e. Executive Office Administration Diploma Program).
- Bonus: A background in legal or fund administration is a significant asset.
