Are you a seasoned Corporate Secretarial professional with a knack for leadership? We are looking for a Manager – Corporate Secretary to join a leading high-end global fund administrator in central London.

The Opportunity

As a senior member of the governance team, you will oversee the delivery of company secretarial services, support board and shareholder activities, and lead a team of professionals responsible for maintaining best-in-class corporate governance standards. This position combines technical company secretarial expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Board Governance: Organize and lead Board of Director and Shareholder meetings, ensuring accurate formal minutes and documentation.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Manage new client onboarding in line with policies and oversee all regulatory filings to meet strict deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Assess resource allocation, assist with recruitment, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Strategic Support: Assist with Global Corporate Services Team projects and maintain all statutory books and records.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in a similar role (UK/Board experience preferred) and at least 3+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Completion of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Program or equivalent (i.e. Executive Office Administration Diploma Program).
  • Bonus: A background in legal or fund administration is a significant asset.
