Hireflow connects recruitment agencies with high-quality candidates and business opportunities. We are hiring closers to prospect, pitch, and close recruitment firm owners on our BD meeting service.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect actively: Cold call, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns to UK recruitment agencies
  • Take discovery calls with firm owners/directors you've sourced or setters have booked
  • Pitch our service: we deliver attended meetings with decision-makers who need recruitment support
  • Handle objections around ROI, competition, and service delivery
  • Close deals at £3k per contract (guaranteed attended meetings, pay-per-result)
  • Follow up with prospects and manage your own pipeline
  • Track activity and forecast revenue in CRM

What We're Looking For:

  • Full-cycle closer – comfortable prospecting AND closing (not just taking handoffs)
  • Proven B2B sales experience (recruitment, SaaS, or lead gen background ideal)
  • Confident on calls and video – you can read the room and adapt fast
  • Strong objection handling – "I already have suppliers" is your opening, not a roadblock
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy – you build your own pipeline
