This will involve managing and negotiating contracts/ agreements with suppliers. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. Additional responsibilities to support Tour Operations Research and build tour itineraries based on prospective customers' requirements, and destination highlights.
Liaise with existing suppliers to establish availability and costs. Find and contact new suppliers to establish availability and costs. Maintain accurate and clear records of supplier availability, pricing and options. Produce a full list of costs involved in a tour in-line with agreed deadlines. Create tour proposals for new and existing customers with accurate information and itineraries. Introduction - Hello.
