Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage staff providing person-centered care, ensuring support plans promote independence, dignity, and safety. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, compliance with CQC standards, staff supervision, risk management, and fostering active community engagement. Due to the personal care requirements of the service users, they are currently recruiting female care staff only. Please note that they are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Key Responsibilities & Duties Staff Leadership: Mentoring, supervising, and developing support staff, including managing performance and training. Person-Centred Care: Ensuring support plans are implemented to maximize independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitoring services to ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and legislation. Operational Management: Coordinating daily routines, conducting risk assessments, and managing safeguarding issues. Reporting & Communication: Reporting to service managers, attending meetings, and communicating with external stakeholders and families. On-call Duties: Participating in out-of-hours on-call rotations to support the team. National Care Group +4 Working on shifts as part of the care team and completed admin duties Key Skills & Requirements Experience: Previous experience as a team leader in a LD/Autistic environment Knowledge: Understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care principles. Leadership: Strong communication, decision-making, and motivation skills.
