Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to manage staff providing person-centered care, ensuring support plans promote independence, dignity, and safety. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, compliance with CQC standards, staff supervision, risk management, and fostering active community engagement. Key Responsibilities & Duties Staff Leadership: Mentoring, supervising, and developing support staff, including managing performance and training. Person-Centred Care: Ensuring support plans are implemented to maximize independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Monitoring services to ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies, and legislation. Operational Management: Coordinating daily routines, conducting risk assessments, and managing safeguarding issues. Reporting & Communication: Reporting to service managers, attending meetings, and communicating with external stakeholders and families. On-call Duties: Participating in out-of-hours on-call rotations to support the team. National Care Group +4 Working on shifts as part of the care team and completed admin duties Key Skills & Requirements Experience: Previous experience as a team leader in a LD/Autistic environment Knowledge: Understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care principles. Leadership: Strong communication, decision-making, and motivation skills.
