We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.
Role Overview
We are looking for site operatives with at least 2 years’ proven experience in Fire Door Joinery/Carpentry. They should have a strong understanding of PFP (Passive Fire Protection) standards. Willing to travel – Global HSE offers diverse job opportunities across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing fire doors: Ensuring doors are fitted correctly to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.
- Fire door remedials: Conducting inspections: Identifying defects or non-compliance issues in fire doors.
- Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and building codes.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS checked
- NVQ Level 2 in Wood Occupations (Joinery) OR equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in Passive Fire Protection
- Operate phone software to log and record works
- SSSTS desirable
- CSCS desirable
