We have a vacancy for a residential conveyancer, immediate start available, to deal with residential sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.

Some experience in dealing with Probate sales and unregistered land would be advantageous. Use of Intelliworks and LEAP is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The firm is a member of CQS and so the successful candidate will be required to follow CQS protocols and to complete CQS training modules.

You will handle your own case load but assistance will be available where needed and secretarial support is available.
