Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated B2B Business Development Executive to join their dynamic sales team based in Lichfield. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, confidence in engaging with clients, and the resilience to navigate a competitive market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive lead generation, including cold calling, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities for Business Development Executive Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering personalised service and support to nurture loyalty and retention.
