You’ll be responsible for supporting an assigned Business Development Manager, assisting them generate new business opportunities, plus servicing administration needs. What we are looking for: Excellent communication skills. Organised, Self-motivated and eager to learn. Socially confident and outgoing. Willingness and ability to build a rapport with people that you speak to early on in conversations Someone who enjoys interacting with others. Attention to detail Good listener. Ability to multi-task. An individual with a “bounce-back” attitude from a high rate of non-returned calls and email responses is imperative with a ‘can do’ attitude. Confident and articulate in communication via telephone Previous experience using a CRM system. Good IT skills Knowledge in the Financial Services Industry Previous customer service/sales role. Excellent influencing skills. Experience working in a DFM Business Development role (desirable but not essential).
