We are a fast-growing international digital marketplace platform, serving millions of users across jobs, property, automotive, services, and general classifieds. Backed by a global technology group, we are entering an exciting new growth phase in the UK with significant investment in product, traffic, and commercial capabilities.

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Director to take full ownership of UK revenue growth and lead our commercial execution in this critical expansion stage. This is not a traditional sales leadership role. We need a commercially driven operator who will own revenue outcomes, build and scale high-performing sales teams, and drive disciplined execution across the entire UK business.

You will work directly with Group Leadership to translate strategy into measurable commercial results.

  • Own UK Revenue Targets — Full accountability for top-line performance and delivering consistent revenue growth
  • Build & Lead High-Performing Sales Teams — Scale direct sales, account management, and partnership functions
  • Drive Commercial Excellence — Optimize pricing, packaging, monetisation strategies, conversion rates, retention, and ARPU
  • Marketplace Supply & Liquidity — Aggressively grow quality supply (listings/sellers) and improve commercial yield
  • Operational Leadership — Remove bottlenecks, enforce pipeline discipline, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver operational excellence with a clear sales-led focus
  • Performance Culture — Establish rigorous KPIs, reporting cadence, and accountability mechanisms

12+ years in sales leadership, commercial roles, or General Management with direct P&L/revenue ownership. Strong background in online marketplaces, classifieds, digital platforms, or SaaS is highly preferred. Experience building and scaling high-performing sales organisations from mid to large size. Highly commercial, results-obsessed, and target-driven. Data-driven with excellent command of sales metrics, forecasting, and unit economics.
