We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee daily operations of an early childhood education facility. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children aged 0-5. The position requires strong leadership, compliance with childcare regulations, and collaboration with parents and staff to support children’s growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily care and education of children in a nursery setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement appropriate learning activities that align with educational frameworks and developmental goals.
  • Supervise and mentor nursery staff, including assistants and volunteers, to maintain high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with parents on children’s development, concerns, and care plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field.
  • Valid certification in childcare, nursing, or early education, as required by local regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection policies, health and safety standards, and educational best practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, staff, and regulatory bodies.
