Role Overview
Conduct group exercise sessions for employees in a corporate setting. Lead structured fitness activities to promote employee wellness and reduce workplace stress. This role supports organizational health initiatives by encouraging physical activity among staff through accessible, inclusive sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-energy group exercise classes tailored to diverse fitness levels and preferences.
- Design session plans aligned with current fitness trends and employee health goals.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and submit weekly reports on participation metrics.
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and stored appropriately before and after each session.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate wellness programs and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in group fitness instruction from a recognized organization such as ACE, AFAA, or NASM.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading group exercise classes in a corporate or community environment.
- Strong communication skills to motivate and adapt sessions for mixed-skill participants.
- Current CPR/AED certification and ability to respond to emergencies during sessions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings, to accommodate employee schedules.
