Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all pool areas to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents before they occur.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization such as the Red Cross or Ellis & Associates.

- Ability to swim 300 yards continuously while demonstrating strong endurance and technique.
- Proven experience in lifeguarding or a related aquatic safety role, with at least 1 year of on-the-job training.
