From the team behind acclaimed restaurants such as Dove and Brunswick House, this new project is a high-end neighbourhood bistro featuring an elegant dining room and a refined yet approachable menu. The kitchen will focus on exceptional produce, classical foundations, and modern techniques, delivering beautifully executed dishes that celebrate simplicity and seasonality.
This role offers the chance to become part of a founding brigade, working alongside an experienced leadership team and playing a key role in establishing what promises to be one of London's most exciting new restaurant openings.
The Role
- As Chef de Partie (Grill), you will take ownership of the grill section, ensuring exceptional execution throughout service and preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the grill section during preparation and service.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently and to specification.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, organisation and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth and effective service.
- Assist with stock management and minimising wastage.
- Support the training and development of junior chefs where required.
- Contribute positively to a professional, team-focused kitchen environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment.
- Strong grill experience and confidence cooking over fire or charcoal highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of classical cooking techniques and quality ingredient handling.
- Experience within Michelin-starred, Rosette or high-level kitchens would be advantageous.
- Passionate about seasonal, produce-led cooking.
