We are seeking a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the kitchen at a highly regarded, design-led restaurant in South London. The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensuring high standards, consistency and smooth day-to-day operations across:
- À la carte restaurant service
- Banqueting
- Seasonal menu development
You will play a key role in maintaining standards, mentoring junior chefs, and contributing to the ongoing development of the menu and kitchen culture.

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
