The Role As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, ensuring high standards, consistency and smooth day-to-day operations across: À la carte restaurant service Banqueting Seasonal menu development
You will play a key role in maintaining standards, mentoring junior chefs, and contributing to the ongoing development of the menu and kitchen culture.
