We are recruiting a talented and experienced Head Chef for a beautiful, bespoke private golf club located on the Surrey / London border, within walking distance of the tube network. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the kitchen at a prestigious members' club, offering a traditional yet high-quality clubhouse dining experience.
About the Role
As Head Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations across a varied and engaging food offering, including:
- Casual breakfasts and lunches
- Formal private dining
- Sunday carvery service
- Canapé and event functions
The club features multiple dining spaces, including two main dining rooms and a large outdoor piazza, providing a diverse and dynamic service environment.
