We’re looking for a tech recruiter to join us and work on an embedded hiring project with one of London’s fastest growing startups.
About the role
- Work with one of our clients, based in their office 5 days per week, as part of their team.
- Take responsibility for hiring open roles across engineering, product and design.
- Review all inbound applications and conduct first round screening calls.
- Complete screening feedback and recommend which candidates progress to interview.
- Manage external recruitment agencies, including screening their candidates.
- Write, review and optimise all company job adverts.
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Github and more.
- Manage end to end hiring processes, from kick off meetings to offer and onboarding.
About you
- Previous experience hiring software engineers for startups or big tech.
- Ideally you’ll have 3+ years experience in an in-house or embedded talent role.
- To be happy working in an office based role, spending 5 days per week in the office.
- To be comfortable working in a largely standalone role.
