About the role

As Social Media & Content Manager, you will:

  • Own organic social strategy across all platforms and identify new channels for growth.
  • Plan and manage a high-volume monthly content calendar from brief to publish.
  • Script, film, and edit short-form video content hands-on.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external talent to keep content fresh and on-brand.
  • Monitor platform performance and iterate based on what's working.
  • Jump on trends fast when the moment calls for it.
About you

As Social Media & Content Manager, you'll need:

  • 5+ years in social media, with a portfolio that demonstrates real organic growth.
  • Hands-on end-to-end content production experience, from scripting through to final edit.
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
  • A natural feel for short-form copy and video scripts that stop the scroll.
  • Experience maintaining a specific brand voice when working with high-profile individuals.
  • To be highly organised and able to manage a busy calendar without dropping the ball.
  • To be constantly across the latest trends, sounds, and algorithm shifts.
