At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a well‑known, science‑led health and wellness brand, hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to join their small, collaborative UK team. The brand has a loyal global customer base and a clear purpose: helping people improve their health through evidence‑based nutrition and behaviour change. Their content is central to that mission, and this role sits at the heart of it.

About the role
- Own organic social strategy across all platforms and identify new channels for growth.
- Plan and manage a high‑volume monthly content calendar from brief to publish.
- Script, film, and edit short‑form video content hands‑on.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external talent to keep content fresh and on‑brand.
- Monitor platform performance and iterate based on what’s working.
- Jump on trends fast when the moment calls for it.
About you
- 5+ years in social media, with a portfolio that demonstrates real organic growth.
- Hands‑on end‑to‑end content production experience, from scripting through to final edit.
- Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
- A natural feel for short‑form copy and video scripts that stop the scroll.
- Experience maintaining a specific brand voice when working with high‑profile individuals.
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy calendar without dropping the ball.
- Constantly across the latest trends, sounds, and algorithm shifts.
