Are you a brand leader who knows how to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution? We’re partnering with a fast-growing, science-led health business on a mission to transform lives through evidence-based nutrition and behaviour change. With a loyal global customer base and a strong purpose at its core, this is a brand with real impact and even bigger ambition. They’re now looking for a Senior Brand Manager to step in on a 12-month maternity cover contract, playing a key role in shaping the next chapter of the brand’s evolution.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, senior role reporting directly to the CMO—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves building brands with substance. You’ll lead the brand’s visual and narrative transformation, ensuring consistency, creativity, and commercial performance across every touchpoint—from digital platforms to product packaging. You’ll also guide and mentor a small but highly collaborative team, turning customer insight into powerful storytelling that scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand Strategy & Identity
    • Lead the rollout of a refreshed brand architecture and visual identity across all channels
    • Champion brand consistency and tone of voice across the business
    • Shape and deliver a legacy-driven content strategy that resonates with audiences
    • Use customer insights and surveys to refine personas and strengthen the customer journey
    • Define and evolve high-performing content pillars
  • Leadership & Operations
    • Manage and mentor the Social Media & Content Manager, Partnerships Manager, and creative teams
    • Oversee agencies (PR and affiliates), ensuring strong ROI and delivery
    • Optimise workflows to improve efficiency and content turnaround
    • Build scalable processes, frameworks, and creative guardrails

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience in brand management or creative strategy
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams across content, social, and partnerships
  • Strong experience working with agencies and external partners
  • A track record of building and evolving complex brand ecosystems
  • Confident working across content formats—from packaging and web copy to long-form storytelling
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape brand and content strategy
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a passion for brand consistency and quality
