We’re hiring a Product Operations Executive to join a fast-growing, science-led consumer health business selling products online across the UK and Australia. This is a hands-on role for someone early to mid-stage in their career who enjoys working with data, coordinating across teams and keeping product operations running smoothly. You’ll get real ownership, exposure to senior leadership and clear progression into a broader product or commercial role over time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support forecasting and stock planning using sales and performance data
  • Work with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time
  • Track inventory levels, stock cover and expiry risk
  • Coordinate product updates such as packaging changes or reformulations
  • Monitor product performance including sales, margin and customer feedback
  • Maintain simple dashboards and reports
  • Support product launches and new product development activity
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Tech teams
  • Stay close to customer feedback and market trends
