You’ll be equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves across brand, digital growth, customer lifecycle, CRM and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing Own and evolve the marketing strategy from brand through to growth.
Build and optimise the end-to-end customer journey across acquisition, lifecycle and retention.
Lead a data-driven marketing function, combining creativity with commercial impact.
Work closely with the founders and senior leadership to shape the next phase of growth.
Build the marketing team, processes and foundations needed to support the business as it scales.
You’ll bring Experience leading marketing within a high-growth B2C business.
A track record of building trusted consumer brands and delivering measurable commercial growth.
Strong experience across digital, lifecycle, CRM and performance marketing.
A hands-on, curious mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
A genuine passion for purpose-led businesses and creating meaningful customer experiences.
