We are partnering with a fast-growing health and wellness business hiring a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the intersection of lifecycle marketing, customer behaviour, retention and commercial growth. The role will take ownership of the CRM and email marketing ecosystem, helping drive customer engagement, loyalty and long-term revenue growth across both digital programmes and physical products.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and content teams to build high-performing customer journeys, optimise retention and create highly personalised lifecycle campaigns.
Key responsibilities:- Building and optimising automated lifecycle journeys across email and SMS
- Managing onboarding, abandoned cart, win-back and post-purchase flows
- Executing weekly email campaigns from build through to deployment
- Driving customer retention, loyalty and engagement initiatives
- Improving segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Monitoring deliverability, GDPR compliance and database health
- Running A/B tests across messaging, timing and campaign performance
- Reporting on campaign revenue, retention and conversion performance
- Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, content and design teams
- 3+ years’ experience using Klaviyo or similar CRM/ESP platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation, flow logic and deliverability
- Experience within ecommerce, DTC or subscription-led brands preferred
- Commercially minded with a strong analytical approach
- Comfortable balancing creativity with performance optimisation
- Strong copywriting and campaign execution experience
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
