About the roleAs Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Engage with care providers as they register on the platform.
- Understand each client’s needs and educate them on how the platform works.
- Help clients achieve key platform utilisation metrics, ultimately reducing their time to value.
- Identify and solve problems across process and product, working with Sales, Ops and Product.
- Report insights back internally to understand key metrics and suggest improvements.
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll need:
- To be highly organised, able to manage a high number of clients at any one time.
- To be able to convey fairly complex information in an understandable manner to customers.
- A problem solving mindset, to see what’s not working and work cross-functionally on solutions.
- Experience engaging with clients, whether that’s in sales, account manager or customer success. Previous experience in a high growth startup would be beneficial.
- To be confident working independently in your role, with help available as needed.
As Customer Success Manager, you can expect:
- £35k base salary
- Bonus, up to £4k per year (paid quarterly)
