CRM & Email Marketing Executive

D2C Health & Wellness Brand

Remote Hybrid (UK based, 1 day per week in office, Buckinghamshire)

At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a well-known, science-led health and wellness brand to hire a CRM & Email Marketing Executive to join their small, collaborative UK team.

This brand has a loyal global customer base and a clear purpose: helping people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition and behaviour change. Customer retention and lifecycle marketing are central to their growth strategy, and this role sits at the heart of it.

About the role

As CRM & Email Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Own and optimise the customer lifecycle across email and CRM channels.
  • Build, manage and improve automated journeys including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase and Win-Back flows.
  • Execute weekly email campaigns from concept and build through to deployment and reporting.
  • Develop audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Manage the health of the CRM database, ensuring strong deliverability, list hygiene and GDPR compliance.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align CRM activity with business goals and campaigns.
  • Run A/B testing across messaging, timing and segmentation to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyse campaign and retention performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive growth and customer lifetime value.

About you

As CRM & Email Marketing Executive, you’ll need:

  • 3+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar CRM/ESP platform.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation workflows, conditional logic and deliverability.
  • A proven track record of growing email and/or SMS as a revenue-generating channel.
  • Experience working within eCommerce, D2C or subscription-based businesses.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of what drives customer action.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to use data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
