We're looking for confident, professional individuals who are ready to step into the classroom and make a positive impact on students' learning. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during a teacher's absence. You'll be responsible for supervising pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. No lesson planning or marking is required as clear instructions and resources will be provided by the school.
This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates, aspiring teachers or anyone with experience working with young people who is looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
The Ideal candidate:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in managing a classroom environment
- A professional, calm and approachable manner
- A genuine interest in education and supporting pupils
- A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
- A positive and approachable attitude!
- Experience as a Cover Supervisor (desirable but not essential)
