Telesales Executive Salary: £28,371 basic + quarterly performance bonus Location: Hampshire (fully office-based) Employment: Full Time, Permanent This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established, growing environmental-services business, helping domestic customers access essential services while building a rewarding career in sales. You will join a small, friendly Telesales team, where you will be supported from day one and given the tools, training and confidence to succeed. The Role As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of customers, handling inbound enquiries while also proactively following up with previous customers and warm opportunities. This is a varied role, combining excellent customer service with commercially focused activity. You will speak to customers about regular services, maintenance and repairs, win-back campaigns and additional services that may suit their needs. Previous telesales experience would be useful, but it is not essential. If you are personable, dependable, enjoy being busy and want an opportunity to develop your sales skills, full training will be provided. Telesales Executive Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally, efficiently and with a genuine focus on service Make outbound calls to previous customers and people who have previously requested a quote Support retention, regular-service, maintenance, repair and consolidation campaigns Promote relevant services and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Provide support across both domestic and industrial enquiries, directing calls where appropriate Build rapport quickly and help customers find the right solution for their needs Maintain accurate customer information and activity on the company CRM system Work to agreed call, quote, sales and customer-service targets Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience Telesales Executive Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £28,371 + quarterly performance-related bonus scheme (previous team members have earned c. £2,500-£3,000 per year) Six-week structured induction, including departmental shadowing, sales training and gradual phone-based training Clear progression opportunities into senior telesales, team leadership, national accounts, field sales and other areas of the business 33 days holiday including bank holidays On-site parking at the office Pension, healthcare cash plan, recognition schemes, retail discounts and holiday buy/sell scheme A friendly, supportive team and a company that genuinely invests in its people Telesales Executive Requirements: This role would suit someone who: Has experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres, telesales or another customer-facing environment Is confident speaking to people and enjoys building rapport over the phone Can manage a busy workload, juggle tasks and adapt when priorities change Is reliable, organised and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn how to sell Is comfortable working towards targets and being proactive when making outbound calls Works well as part of a small, close-knit team and gets involved in conversations Has good IT skills and is comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems Desirable: Previous telesales, retention, appointment-setting or outbound calling experience Experience working to customer-service or sales KPIs Experience using a CRM system To Be Considered: Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to .
