Location: Field-based – covering London, South and South East
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm

About the Role
We\’re looking for a mechanically minded and hands-on engineer to join a growing fire protection team. This field-based role involves maintaining, servicing, and installing kitchen fire suppression systems at client sites across the UK.
If you\’re proactive, keen to develop new skills, and enjoy working independently while representing a trusted company, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain kitchen fire suppression systems (e.g. Ansul R102)

Install new systems and carry out remedial works on existing units

Conduct mechanical servicing of gas suppression systems where required

Perform site surveys and accurately document required parts or follow-up works

Escalate issues appropriately and complete all reporting and documentation on time

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally

Attend regular training to keep up to date with the latest technologies and standards
What We\’re Looking For

Experience with suppression systems or a mechanical engineering background (full training provided for the right person)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends

Comfortable with UK-wide travel and overnight stays when required

Full UK driving licence (clean)
