Salary: Daily pay rate between £140 - £200 paid weekly

Contract: Wide variety of opportunities on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis for ECTs to experienced Teachers across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.

Hirecracker Education are recruiting passionate Primary School Teachers to work in our partner mainstream Primary Schools across Chester and Ellesmere Port. We welcome both ECTs who are just starting out on their educator journey and experienced teachers who are looking for a new challenge or new school setting!

What will you be doing:

  • Deliver lessons in line with pre-prepared lesson plans but also open to bringing your own resources to teach from should you ever need to
  • Manage classroom behaviour whilst creating and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Promote the safety and wellbeing of pupils in line with the school's safeguarding policy
  • Provide additional support to pupils with additional learning needs as the class teacher but also working closely with any class Teaching Assistants (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Obtain UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Excellent behaviour and class management skills
  • Ability to tailor lessons and teaching style accordingly to a range of needs and abilities
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • A passion for education and pupil progression
