Sales Manager
Salary: Basic up to £60,0000 + £20k OTE + Car Allowance
Location: Office-based 5 days a week, commutable within Leeds or Tankersley area
Employment: Full-time, permanent

We\’re partnering with a growing SaaS company to recruit a Sales Manager to lead and grow their outbound Business Development (BDR) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-scaling company that\’s revolutionising how field service businesses operate across the UK and beyond.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team of BDRs to exceed outbound sales targets
  • Build and optimise outreach strategies and cadence models across multiple sectors
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to align pipeline goals
  • Own lead generation KPIs, monitor conversion metrics, and run weekly performance reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement through training, performance support, and sales enablement tools
  • Analyse pipeline health and campaign performance to guide decisions and improve ROI
  • Develop and document scalable outbound sales processes as the team grows

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years\’ experience managing a BDR or SDR team within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and frameworks (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC, Sandler)
  • Proven ability to coach junior talent and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Confident using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong or similar
  • Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Sales Manager Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with field service, ERP, or workflow automation software
  • Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles
  • Exposure to mid-market or enterprise sales
