Salary: £50,000 – £90,000 DOE + high commission potential

Are you a commercially minded, self-starting relationship manager who thrives on building long-term partnerships with high-net-worth clients?
We’re partnering with a growing, UK-based boutique financial services business that offers bespoke private investment solutions alongside commercial financing. As part of their expansion, they’re looking for a Relationship Manager / Business Development professional to join their entrepreneurial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in alternative investments, private equity, fixed income, or similar. Candidates must be confident in sourcing new investors and managing long-term relationships. Early-career candidates or graduates will not be considered.
The Role:
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be part of a small, collaborative team focused on building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices globally. You’ll proactively develop new business through introducers, referrals, and networking while presenting bespoke investment opportunities.
Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
• Build and manage long-term relationships with HNW and family office clients globally
• Source new investors independently and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understand client objectives and present suitable private investment opportunities
• Guide clients through onboarding, due diligence, and investment structuring
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity
• Represent the business at investor events and private networking opportunities

Relationship Manager Requirements:

• Self-starter with international business acumen
• Professional qualifications (CISI, CII, or equivalent) desirable but not essential
• Multilingual skills or international experience a bonus
