This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership, including the CEO, and genuine opportunity to influence how the business operates and scales.

As Operations & Delivery Lead, you will sit at the centre of the business, responsible for driving operational execution and delivery alignment across multiple teams including commercial, marketing, product, data and engineering. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring priorities are clear, work remains visible, teams stay aligned, and delivery commitments are achieved across both BAU activity and strategic initiatives. You will own the operational rhythm of the business, helping create clarity, accountability and momentum across teams whilst ensuring business priorities translate into consistent execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Run the weekly operational and delivery cadence, ensuring clear priorities, accountability and progress.
  • Manage cross-functional execution across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Own and optimise delivery tooling (Jira), including workflows, boards, reporting and visibility.
  • Ensure all work is visible, prioritised and aligned to business objectives (OKRs).
  • Balance BAU operational activity with project work and new initiatives, managing trade-offs effectively.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, delivery risks and capacity constraints.
  • Coordinate activity across teams, ensuring alignment and clear ownership.
  • Improve operational processes, introducing lightweight structure and efficiencies where needed.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and execution.
  • Drive accountability and follow-through across the organisation.
  • Support resource planning, forecasting and operational decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Experienced in Operations, Delivery or Programme Leadership within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong in cross-functional coordination across technical, commercial and operational teams.
  • Hands-on with Jira, including workflows, reporting and delivery visibility.
  • Experienced in prioritisation, capacity planning and balancing competing demands.
  • Comfortable working with OKRs or similar planning frameworks.
  • Confident driving accountability and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Pragmatic, organised and able to bring structure to a growing business.
