Senior Corporate Account Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 + commission
Location: Nelson, Lancashire (minimum 3 days in-office)
Employment: Full Time, permanent

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, ensuring retention, and delivering high-quality service to a range of corporate clients.
The Role
As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, ensuring service delivery meets and exceeds expectations. You will build strong, long-term relationships, provide insight-led solutions, and work closely with field-based teams to identify opportunities for account growth and efficiency improvements.
Senior Corporate Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring high levels of service and retention
- Project manage service deliverables and client requirements
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation
- Analyse client data to maximise operational efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Produce Management Information (MI) reports and ad hoc contractual reports
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and service development
- Identify and deliver ongoing savings and improvements for clients
- Assist in developing and expanding additional services for existing and new customers

Senior Corporate Account Manager Requirements:
We're looking for a motivated and proactive professional who brings:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in client or account management
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and work independently under pressure
- Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness
- Technically competent and results-driven
